Overall Excellent, neat and clean toilets, good customer service, 3hrs free parking space, armlength shopping mall, can see excellent sea view, ship wonderful.
Lovely cinema. Bit if a throwback though and loads of seats instead of the new halls with 20 recliners. Prices for the food and sweets is excellent compared to other cinema chains. Staff are very helpful and polite.
lovely friendly people lots of nice nibbles if you want them, comfy seats and a joy to be there, clean tidy and all on one level. Well set out and easy to use.
Thanks for a lovely time.
Visited in July 2023, the place was nice and we went and saw Insidious: The Red Door, the staff are friendly, the food and drink price slightly expensive, good they also accepted cash payment
Good variety of films. Foyer has a good selection of food and drinks. The seats are quite comfortable. Only too glad to have a local cinema.
Had a day out with grandson who wanted to see Wonka, fun movie, thow it was a musical one,but good fun.
I prebooked on the Internet pretty easily and had my email confirmation ready to show the concierge as per the posted instructions- everyone was serving in the food concession though so I had to queue. We went to the Royal Opera House production of Das Rhiengold; it wasn't advertised locally, nor on the compare the market app for a free ticket Tues or Wed. Including us there were 14 in the theatre, not enough to heat the space via human respiration in the 3 hours we were there, so it was jackets on. A taxi had parked on the new pedestrian paving outside which is already cracked and damaged due to motor vehicles inappropriately using the space. Otherwise a very pleasant evening.
The most lovely cinema with super friendly staff. Always a treat to see a film here.
